About the Eat Like an Expert Newsletter

This week I am starting the Eat Like an Expert Newsletter.

Once a week, I’ll send a short email about healthy eating and behavior change.

Over the next few months, these emails will cover:

  • Why plant-based eating works (the science of satiety, hunger, and food choices)
  • How to build lasting habits (the tools and strategies that make change stick)
  • What to eat (practical guidelines based on the experts’ recommendations)

Each email is self-contained—no need to read them in order. But together, they build a complete system.

My goal is to provide clarity grounded in evidence and real-world application, not trends or extreme positions.

I’m writing this newsletter as I complete my book, Eat Like an Expert, which explains what leading health organizations agree on about healthy eating, and how to turn that knowledge into lasting habits.
