Picky Eater Coaching Pricing

$2,500 nonrefundable upfront fee and $500 per month.

This includes:

  • Weekly 50-minute video meetings for the first six weeks and twice monthly 50-minute video meetings after that. Additional time can be scheduled for $100 per 50 minutes.
  • The video meeting agendas are based on what is most important to the client at that time. The goal is to provide the level of education, support, and accountability that is needed. The meetings are based around these topics: identification of foods that improve health and foods that detract from health, the crucial role of the parents in modeling and supporting appropriate eating behaviors, goal setting and creating an eating plan, recipe selection, meal-planning, healthy eating options when in a rush or traveling, how to read food labels like an expert, and monitoring progress.
