Who created the journal?
Keith and Nina Herman are a husband-and-wife team. Nina is a health coach and therapist with 25+ years of experience. Keith, a wealth attorney, now focuses on helping people thrive through health planning.
What inspired you to create this product?
Keith: After years of helping people plan their wealth, I realized health was the missing piece. Without it, wealth doesn’t matter. This journal gives people a structure to take charge of their health now, not later.
Nina: Many of my clients felt overwhelmed with healthy eating. We wanted to create a tool that simplifies the process, reduces guilt, and supports real change.
